How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates are allowed to receive mail via USPS while incarcerated. Mail must be sent in the form of a postcard no larger than 5×7. The writing on the postcard must be in pen or pencil, not marker or crayon. Postcards must have the sender’s address and full name or it will be discarded. Inmates may also receive pictures through USPS. Regulations require that photos mailed to the jail have a stamp on the back and the sender’s name and return address. To deposit funds in an inmate’s account for commissary use, the public is required to use the kiosk located in the lobby of the jail. Funds can also be deposited over the phone or through the mail.
