Visitation Hours

Inmates may be visited by video call locally (in the video visitation room in the main lobby of the Sheriff’s Office) or remotely (on an internet capable device with a camera). Video visitation is open Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, from 8am to 4pm.

All visits need to be scheduled 24 hours in advance to allow the inmate time to confirm the visit. Visits are scheduled using the Kiosk for Visiting in the main lobby. To schedule, you need to have a valid ID. At the kiosk, click the Schedule Visit button, decide where you’ll have the visit, and select a date and time. Your visit is booked when the inmate confirms this request. If you need help scheduling a visit, call Telmate Customer Service at (866) 516-0115.

At the time of the visit, log into the visitation station in the lobby or, if visiting remotely, log in at visit.telemate.com. Up to 2 visitors, including children over the age of 2, are allowed at each visitation station. Each visitor must register. No cell phones allowed during visits and the visit may be terminated if one is seen. Profanity, abusive speech, loud behavior, suggestive clothing, and intoxication are also prohibited.
