How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates may receive personal mail, though not from other inmates. All mail must be sent through the United States Postal Service. Letters may not contain glitter, stickers, unknown odors or substances, stamps, envelopes, or extra paper. They must be written in pencil or pen (blue or black ink) or typed. Mail should be addressed as follows:

Money may be sent to an inmate in several ways. Money orders may be mailed to the inmate. The general public can deposit funds using a kiosk machine in the lobby, which accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Funds may also be added to inmate’s commissary accounts through Smart Deposit, which requires creating an account online.
