Books, newspapers, and magazines must be mailed directly from the publisher or approved bookshop (such as Amazon or Barnes and Noble). Only paperbacks are allowed. Each inmate is allowed 3 books, 3 religious books, and unlimited programming books. Newspapers are disposed of daily.

Crare packages may be ordered for inmates through ICARE. They can be ordered at ExpressAccount’s website or by phone at 866-422-6833. Orders must be received on Monday to be delivered Wednesday and on Wednesday to be delivered Saturday. Inmates are allowed up to 2 orders each ordering day and both orders must be under $100.

Funds can be added to an inmate’s commissary account online at ExpressAccount. or by calling (866) 422-6833. They may also be deposited in the kiosk in the vestibule of the Correctional Facility, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Each service charges a convenience fee.
